Первый раз воспользовалась их услугами еще год назад, когда летом то ли от перегрева на солнце то ли от того что я уронила телефон тогда еще Nokia Lumia 820 перестал заряжаться а иногда и перезагружался. Я с этой проблемой сходила в два сервиса около дома но помочь мне не смогли. Сервисный центр Винтек я нашла случайно, проезжала мимо и увидела вывеску. Зашла к ним и попросила продиагностировать и указать чем же проблема. Мастер ответил "с лёту" что и сколько будет стоить. Если не ошибаюсь то по прайс листу цена была 1200 рублей. Эта сумма вполне приемлема для меня и я согласилась. Вечером забрала телефон и проблем больше не знала. Второй случай это я приносила им под новый год телевизор LG, который отказал включаться. Гарантийный срок на него кончился как назло месяц назад, отработал ровно три года можно так сказать. По данной проблеме мне было предложено два варианта решения проблемы- подороже и подешевле. Сказали что ремонт займет 3-4 дня, но в итоге починили за два. Прекрасно. Следующий случай- это на майские праздники у меня случилось сразу две проблемы- микроволновая печь Samsung перестала разогревать пищу и дочка уронила на параде свой айфон 6. С этими проблемами я снова пришла в Винтек. Тк постоянный клиент они мне сразу сказали что ремонт будет с 15 % скидкой. На микроволновке заменили какую то делать день-в -день за 800 рублей, ну а экран на айфоне заменили за 2000. Вот такой опыт обращения в данный сервисный центр.

В наше время, такое всё реже и реже встречается. Обращался около года назад, с проблемой с видеорегистратором - починили за 200 рублей. Оказывается, нужно было всего на всего его полностью перезагрузить. У меня не было такой технической возможности (не смог разобрать регистратор) Сегодня приходил с проблемой в телефоне Nokia - меня слышат отдалённо... Проблему устранили за 20 минут и 500 рублей! Почистили микрофон. Я очень рад, что в городе есть честный центр, хотелось бы конечно, чтобы было больше филиалов в разных районах города.

В интернете в яндексе наткнулся на Винтек и спросил менеджера по телефону сколько у них стоит замена блока питания, сумма оказалась ниже ненамного, но менеджер предложил отремонтировать сам блок питания, без замены и при этом сказал что будет такая же гарантия как на новый. И цена будет около 2000 рублей. То есть я абсолютно ничего не теряю, но экономлю в 4 раза. В понедельник воспользовался их услугами, а сегодня уже забрал починенный телевизор. Получилось выгодно и быстро. Остался очень доволен.

21 августа воспользовалась услугами данного сервисного центра для починки моего ноутбука тк он очень сильно грелся и зависал в любых программах и даже просто в интернете. Принесла в Винтек на диагностику. Приемщик Андрей объяснил что диагностика бесплатна и попросил подождать небольшое количество времени. После диагностики выяснилось что нужно чистить ноутбук от пыли полностью и заменить операционную систему. По цене общая стоимость выходила 1000 за чистку и 500 за переустановку системы. Меня данная сумма устроила и я сказала что приступайте к работе, но так как ноутбук был нужен только через три дня то сказала что б не торопились и сделали все качественно. На следующий день мне позвонили и сказали что ноутбук готов. Так вот хочу сказать что очень понравилось что к клиенту так хорошо относятся и по деньгам я считаю что нормально получилось. Так что если надумаете чинить ноутбук то я советую данный сервисный центр. Да и вы сами убедитесь что фирма солидная и работу делают на совесть когда придете к ним в офис.
